Information you choose to send
Support requests contain the name, email address, subject, and message you submit. Early-access registration contains your email address and consent time. Do not include credentials, private source code, or repository secrets.

How the information is used
Support information is used to investigate and answer your request. Early-access information is used only for Orvisor release communication. It is not sold or used to build advertising profiles.

Service providers
Submitted form data is stored in the project's Supabase-hosted PostgreSQL database. Cloudflare Turnstile processes anti-abuse verification data when public forms are enabled. Installer files are delivered from Cloudflare R2.

Download measurement
The website records aggregate counts by release version, day, platform, and architecture. It does not store a raw download-event history, IP addresses, user-agent strings, or browser fingerprints for this count.

Retention and requests
Information is retained only while needed for support, early-access communication, security, and operational records. You may use the support form to request access, correction, or deletion of information associated with your email address.
